I am a native of the area and have seen the northwoods area evolve from a traditional tourist area only, into a very well balanced area to live whether you are retired or wanting to raise your family in a safe and community orientated area. From the beautifull schools to the very accessable airport, business minded people are finding they can run their companies and raise their families here, enjoying the beautifull outdoor recreational facilities in a quiet lifestyle. I personally have been in the Real Estate business since 1994 when I started with Burkett & Associate. I have seen many changes in the marketing of properties through the years. Our company has always been an aggressive company and a leader in all areas of the market. Being affiliated with C-21 has brought us the best exposure possible throughout the industry. We are now on 514 websites nationwide and find that a very high percent of Buyers are shopping online. I am personally involved in various community activities including being a member of the Eagle River Block Grant committee, and I enjoy doing volunteer work. I am a member of the Conover Free Church and like doing mission work.  I really love living in the Northwoods because of  the distinct change of seasons. My favorite is the fall because of the beautifull colors. My favorite part of being a Real Estate Broker is meeting new clients and customers, who then in many cases become wonderful friends.
